Platform Services
WinBurst Arena provides skill-based gaming where players earn bonus credits and coins through gameplay. Coins may be converted to withdrawable cash subject to verification and these terms. Starter, Pro, and VIP packs offer different bonus levels and multipliers.
Account Registration
One account per person. You must provide accurate information during signup. Misrepresentation may result in account suspension and forfeiture of balances.
Bonus Credits & Purchases
Welcome bonus credits are provided free on signup. Pro ($9.99) and VIP ($24.99) packs are one-time purchases. Bonus credits used in gameplay are non-refundable. Pack purchases may be refunded within 7 days if no credits have been spent.
Withdrawals
Minimum withdrawal is $10 (1,000 coins). Withdrawals require account verification. Processing times vary by method — typically 24 hours for standard accounts, same-day for VIP. We support PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, ACH, wire, and debit card for US players.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use bots, scripts, exploits, or multiple accounts. See our Community Guidelines for full fair play rules.
Limitation of Liability
WinBurst Arena is provided "as is." We are not liable for losses arising from gameplay, third-party payment processing, or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance of current terms.
